steamed Egg – Timothy Man

Chop fatty pork by hand using two choppers. When nearly minced add prawns and chop them into mix. Place in dish. Season with salt and pepper and a bit of sesame oil. Add spring onions. Beat 4 eggs and add 200ml chicken stock. Add to meat mixture and then steam on low heat for 30mins.
