Soured Milk Pancakes by May Mie Mie Wong

3/4 cup milk (175ml/6fl oz)

2 tbsp white vinegar

1 cup flour (140g/4.5 oz)

2tbsp melted butter

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda

1 egg

 

Mix milk and vinegar together and leave to sit for 5 mins

Beat egg and butter into soured milk

Then add to flour and mix until no lumps.

That’s it. Although I left this mixture to sit for another 5 mins
